Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tranlight Studio ("the App"), operated by Tranlight. By connecting a TikTok account to the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App lets an authorized user upload video files they select to their own TikTok account as drafts through TikTok's official APIs. It is a personal, non-commercial tool and is provided free of charge.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be allowed to use TikTok under TikTok's own terms. You are responsible for the TikTok account you connect and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in them, including footage, music, images and voice, and that they comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The App does not claim any license to your content beyond what is needed to transmit it to TikTok.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the App to upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to access accounts you do not own, to spam, or to circumvent TikTok's rate limits or policies.

5. TikTok

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. TikTok may change or discontinue its APIs at any time, which may affect the App.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that uploads will succeed, that the App will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of content arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and revoke its access in your TikTok settings at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

10. Changes and contact
